Another Random Post

I just give a brief update about myself. I've put on a lot of weight again after these few months lack of exercise. The food I've been taking is also very unhealthy. Lots of oily food and lack of fibers. Somehow feel frustrated and I want to do something with my health.... again... Damn it~! It seems like a annual affair for me to lose weight. After losing some weight, I somehow gain back and I have to lose them again~!

Now I'm on a mission again.... back to square 1 which is 75kg (banging head on the wall) and targeting for 67kg in 2 months.

With my past experience (yeah trust me, I have lost weight many times) food with less carbohydrate and frequent cardiovascular exercise is the best way to lose weight fast.

I need somebody to teach me how not to gain weight. I tried to eat less because I don't have so much time to exercise but I still gain weight. Really hope that there's a way not to spend so much time exercising and still maintaining the ideal weight. I'll stop here about the weight lost thing.


This is how the moon looks like yesterday. Will snap some tonight if the clouds clear up later. I'll try my best to update more frequent.
