Before and After 2

I did a b4 and after post way back November last year.

Now I am doin another one. Coz I have been doin lots of workouts recently. Started going jogging since March on the week 10. Reason is simple, my tummy is way too big and my BMI was way too high for a 23 years old. My waist was 38" and BMI was 26. Also I read somewhere that says fats around abdomen is dangerous as the fats are wrapping around organs such as kidney, intestine, liver, stomach and all..... So that helps me made up my mind to lose that fats around there.

To lose all this weight, I made myself go exercise at least 3 times every week. It will be either jogging 6.5km or swim 10 - 15 laps(1km - 1.5km). After these cardiac exercise, I would also do some abs crunch, push ups and squatting. Squatting is really a killer move... I squatted up and down 50 times 3 days ago, and my legs still hurts NOW. It really hurts a lot. My muscular friend George advised me, 20 times would be more than enough. I will surely stick to his advise... to prevent myself from feeling the pain another 3 days. No joke man, it's really PAINFUL~! I wonder how did I make it 100 times when I was punished during primary school...

My food intake, would be just a cup of soya milk + bean curd or apple + yogurt or biscuits + fruit juice. The diet is to reduce carbohydrate and oil intake. This is only for dinner though. Coz afternoon I will be going out lunch with my colleagues so I will only take less rice for lunch.

The diet part wasn't that hard actually. Coz every time after exercising, I dun feel hungry at all. Dunno why, but yeah, I dun feel like eating after that. My appetite also decrease dramatically actually.



But it sure took a long time to lose the stubborn fats. For all the effort I put in 2 months, I lost around 8kg. 8kg is around a full pail of wet laundry taken straight out from the washing machine. My weight gone down damn fast in the first week. Like sudden lost of 3kg in 7 days. After that, it gets harder and harder like nothing I do helps. (Maybe also due to a few occasion at Brewerkz, Carl's Junior, Holland Village, Ajisen Ramen, McDonald, Pizza Hut, Long Beach, Newton Circle & KFC... LOL). Still another 5kg from my target weight.

But then, although I lost this much weight, my tummy is still there. Well, still 5kg away from my target weight. It reduced... but still THERE~! I certainly hope that my tummy would be gone after losing this 5kg. PLEASE BEGONE~! I DUN WAN TO SEE U ANYMORE~!!

W00ts~! Not the other way round like that last b4 and after post. HAHAHA. That was really embarrassing. This current post is way much better. LOL

YESH~! Got some achievement and still got a long way to go~!

I'm impressed. Now another 7 more kg to shed and after that, can start building those guns!
