Somehow, there were few seats where the voting date was set at 9th of March. So we finally get the complete results of the Malaysian 12th General Election.

During year 2004, the Barisan National (BN) has won 90.4% of the Parliament seats. With 3 years of bad performance and bad decisions made by BN, we see the drop of 27.33% to 63.06% of Parliament seats won by Barisan National. Still the Prime Minister is figuring out if the citizens are sending a message to the government..... the message is not clear enough heh?

In the past, citizens will elect the government for state seats even though they support the opposition in Parliament seats. This is due to concern that government will only develop states that are won by BN. However, in this term's election, BN also see a deep decline of support from the citizens losing 5 states in total. The states are Kedah, Penang, Perak, Selangor and Kelantan. Its ironic that these 5 states are sticked together sharing borders.
Lets see today's news....
"I’m not quitting, says Pak Lah
Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said he will not resign and will continue Barisan Nasional’s struggle."
THICK FACE... wan to lose in the next election then only you will step down?
"Police to remain neutral, says Musa
The police will continue to remain neutral in serving the Government and rakyat, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan."
Retard... to remain neutral, you serve the COUNTRY and RAKYAT~! Not the GOVERNMENT~!
"Koh offers to step down
Acting Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon has taken full responsibility for the party’s poor showing in the general election and offered to step down, and urged the people of Penang to give their full support to the leaders they had chosen."
Should have done that b4 you guys thinking of selecting who will be the next Chief Ministor... The good thing is, the next Chief Ministor was never revealed and it will remain the same.
"Find out why BN was bruised, says Rafidah
Wanita Umno head Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz said Barisan Nasional should conduct a post-mortem on the shocking losses in the 12th general election so that they would not recur."
This AP Queen still haven't figure it out..... I think she cry her brains out when Mahathir said he wans to step down and also during her AP scandal incident. Still need another knock in the next election to wake up??

Malaysia Getting Balanced Again
A big news for all Malaysians in this 12th General Election, the ruling party of Malaysia, Barisan National (BN) has been denied 2/3 of total parliament seats in Malaysia. The ruling party also lost 5 states in this process. Penang, Kedah, Perak, Kelantan and Selangor has been taken over by opposition party. This is not surprising at all looking at performance of the government in the last 5 years. People has the desire to change, the desire to make our home country Malaysia a better place to live.
I too desired change in my country. I took a day leave and went back to Wangsa Maju, KL to cast my vote against the rulling party.
Traffic Jam as usual for KL.... Lack of public transport.... The opposition has a lot to do to improve the current situation.
Parliament results as in 10.42am 9/3/2008
State Seats results as in 10.42am 9/3/2008
On whether the loss of several Barisan-held seats meant that the people were sending a message that they were unhappy with the Government, Abdullah said:
“Maybe. There are a lot of messages from the people. What’s important is that I will speak about these matters.” [Source]
With above statements... looks like Pak Lah still have not wake up. Message has been clear all the time and he needs to wait till election to know that "There are a lot of messages from the people."
Crap....
Asked whether there was any pressure from Umno for him to resign, Abdullah replied:
“I don’t know who is pressuring me. There’s no pressure for me (to resign) at this time.” [Source]
How clear he wants the message to be?? He wants to wait until a memorandum is being passed to the Agong asking him to resign?? Another typical thick face answer.
CRAP....
On the implications to the Barisan of the losses by component parties, Abdullah said the losses had to be accepted.
“Dah kalah, kalahlah (If it’s a loss, it’s a loss),” he replied.[Source]
Sounds like he will not do better in future to win back the votes. Sounds like nothing will be done coz the rulling party still won by minor majority.
I really hope after this election, the rulling party learn their lesson and they will really do something to help out all Malaysian's by stopping all the nonsense projects, corruptions, stupid statements, marginalization towards minority and start listening to the RAKYAT to make Malaysia a better place to live in.
Pak Lah / future PM, please remember... the RAKYAT is your BOSS. Dun make the RAKYAT remind you again in the next General Election.

Jacky Cheung 永远的歌神
Another late post I suppose. Last month, I went to Jacky Cheung's Encore 07' concert, 学友光年巡回演唱会07' at Singapore Indoor Stadium. I didn't decide to watch the concert until last minute. I bought the tickets online around 5.30 pm and the concerts starts at 8.30pm.
My dad used to play Jacky Cheung's cassette in the car a lot and 吻别(Kiss Goodbye) is my dad's favorite song to sing in Karaoke session. Thats when I grew to love Jacky Cheung's songs. His voice is so unique and powerful. I remember during that time, he was ranked the 4 of the best singers in Hong Kong. They are called the 四大天王 alongside with Aaron Kwok, Andy Lau and Leon Lai. But still I love his song the most.
I knew about his concert since december... but I was really undecided whether to go or not... as the tickets are quite expensive and I wasn't sure who would want to watch the concert with me. Until the last minute... I am still really really undecided whether to go or not... but after watching the concert... I felt the concert is worth every cent that I spent. The performance was really really SUPERB~!! He sang 25 songs that I knew for more than 3 hours~!!!! (Haven't counted those new songs that I never heard b4).
I bought the most expensive tickets so that I can be really near the stage.
YES~! I got the tickets!
B4 the concert begin~~
Jacky started the concert with 爱、火、花!
His dance move was so power till he was sweating all over~!
The lighting effects are so COOOL~!
This is when he was performing 摇摇,the song he wrote for his first daugther
This is as near as I can zoom while sitting at my seat
He even performed a play during his concert
and then, I manage to run up nearer to the stage and got this shot
and another shot... actually there was 700 shots total lar... picked the best of the best I took
another AWESOME lighting effect
a shot of myself with the stage behind~~
the crowd was really awesome during the concert
I got even nearer to the stage now~!
another near shot~!
and another~!! Woohoo~!! I am really glad that I went to Jacky's concert~!!
Below is the list of songs he performed, and its just the song I know....
1. 爱火花
22. 祝福
There are few songs that I didn't now the title... however... I could confirm that there are more than 25 songs sang by him that night... Songs that grow up with me, songs that I sing every Karaoke session, songs that I might use to tackle gals... hehe. He ended the concert with 祝福...
If given the chance, I wouldn't think twice attending his concert next time. Its really worth every cent that I spent and I will say it again and again! I really appreciate the effort and energy that Jacky has put into it. The best thing is that he never lower the key of every song he sang... every song is so original... and he doesn't look like 46 years old I tell u. So energetic, lively and he really can bring up the crowd. Pure powerhouse~!
I hope he comes again soon~! I sure will get the tickets as early as possible so that I can get the front seat.
张学友……我心目中永远的歌神!

Updates on UPM case on 15th of Sept
There are few updates on this case posted in Malaysiakini site. It is in chinese tho.
It stated that the student Mr Yee, went to lodge a police report. It is amazing that the police advice him to apologize to the University so that he would not become a second Anwar Ibrahim.
WTF man, at the first place, wat kind of stupid advice is this? Is this the remark we should get to hear from a policeman? Also, what the hell is there to apologize to? Mr Yee didn't asked for this incident to happen if the relevant procedure has been done prior confiscating his belongings.
Do not be a second Anwar? Is this a threat? It is amazing!!
Many things has been pointed out for this incident in the news report. Is it legal to go into a student's accommodation without any proper documents or warrant prior searching through a student's room? Even police need to show a warrant before they ransack a scene. They did not have a valid reason to confiscate Mr Yee's belonging to begin with, asking for a proper procedure would be a waste of time.
At least now he has a letter from the university with the list of items that has been confiscated. A letter that look like a packing list. It looks like a packing list cause it doesn't have any return date, or a reason to keep the item.
This incident is a total disgrace not only to the university, it is also a disgrace to the nation that there are ppl who behave in this kind of manner. Does the Minister of Education approve this kind of action? Hell yes if there isn't any action taken by them to prevent this kind of thing to happen.
Wat I want to say is, good luck to Mr Yee.
God bless Malaysia.

UPM Staff and UPM Student
Another controversy at UPM again. Although I do not know wat happened lar, this is just a video I saw from Rennie's blog.
Actually this is not the first time happening already. My ex-classmate few years ago also got a court case because of some issue happened in UPM. From what I heard from my friends is that the campus election is near. And it is common for a candidate to be harassed by the officials. Something like opposition candidate always got harassed by the officials lar.
For few years ago, my fellow friend and few mates were opposing the implementation of e-voting or called e-undi for the campus election.
Well, the reason is quite simple, coz e-voting is not open enough. Who knows the data could be manipulated. If u watched HEROES, data of voting can be just modified by just a kid who is able to hack into the system. (lol, just exaggerating).
At least manual vote have better traceability. It is slow lar, but then easier to control mah. All involve candidates can witness if there is any foul play on site.
Above all are the past.
From the video, I see this guy didn't even know wat hit him. That UPM staff just took his belongings and trying to leave without any explanation. He even try to threaten the guy holding the camera at the beginning of the video. So much "eksen" lar this guy.
I hope this poor guy can get his laptop back lar. If not, HOW TO LIVE WITHOUT LAPTOP!!
Haha... his MP4 player even got confiscated.
These enforcer sometimes too much lar... this could be another court case already.
Later the UPM internal committee will come out who knows wat offense for all these ppl who tried to block the Potong Wila leaving the crime scene.
The police who came later also somewat useless lar. Came but do nothing. The UPM guy even ask the police to discuss the matter inside his office or something. Damn unfair lar like this, they are like kawan-kawan and the police is even wearing the badge, "saya anti-rasuah".
Life is just so unfair sometimes.
Pass on this news everyone. Although I dun have the full picture of wat is happening, from the clip is plainly showing that the UPM guy is being unreasonable lar.
Edit: Full news can get from here at http://www.malaysiakini.tv/?vid=1372/
Edit: Aiya, link broken... have to click the site and look for UPM student vs UPM Staff - again!!
