The Last Airbender

This movie... I find it very hard to appreciate. The reason is because 1 very important element every good movie has is missing.... HOT CHICK~! NO HOT CHICK IN THIS MOVIE OMG~!

The storyline is quite boring. The special effect didn't amaze me even though I was watching in 3D. The water flying effect is somewhat same like what we see in The Storm Riders movie. lols. Feel like I should have watched the normal version. Can save back few bucks.

Just watched it last weekend. It's a typical secret agent kind of movie with predictable plots. I got a feeling the version I watched in the cinema has been heavily censored though. Coz it seems like the trailer has a lot more interesting scenes... lols. But still I have to applaud Angelina Jolie's performance. One of the better films she act in compared to Wanted or Tomb Raider. Not a mind twisting movie like Inception but still quite a nice movie to watch. Feel quite worth it still.

Watched it last week and 2 words for this movie: Mind Provoking~!
It's so damn awesome, throughout the movie it kept me thinking about the possibilities and to link up the details and information provided.

It seems like Leonardo DiCaprio's movies got these similarities where it throws a question to you right at the ending.... like Shuttle Island... leaving you stranded when the movie ends.... let you choose to believe watever you want to believe.

Anyways, go watch Inception if you haven't~! AWESOME~!

New Chapter

Today marks a new chapter of my life. Ended my job in Singapore last week and now I'm back in Malaysia. I will miss the people there for sure. Didn't really had a proper farewell actually because I didn't really spread out the news.

I will try my best to get things done right this time. Got to have a positive mindset for this new job. Hope everything will be alright, that includes the political situation in Malaysia... which is quite hopeless at this moment. Damn... don't think I will write so much about politics already. If not anytime will get ISA.

Aih... this running shoe has followed me for more than 4 years already... Running more than 100 laps at Tasik Titiwangsa.... and around 30 laps at Pandan Reservoir. Followed me since TAR College days.... Traveled together with me to Liverpool... and also with me at Singapore.

The sole has finally give in... and it's no longer useable... I'm so sad the time has come to an end with "Adidas".... BYE BYE


And here comes the new comer~ REEBOK~!
I've already used Reebok to run 6.5km already.

Before and After 2

I did a b4 and after post way back November last year.

Now I am doin another one. Coz I have been doin lots of workouts recently. Started going jogging since March on the week 10. Reason is simple, my tummy is way too big and my BMI was way too high for a 23 years old. My waist was 38" and BMI was 26. Also I read somewhere that says fats around abdomen is dangerous as the fats are wrapping around organs such as kidney, intestine, liver, stomach and all..... So that helps me made up my mind to lose that fats around there.

To lose all this weight, I made myself go exercise at least 3 times every week. It will be either jogging 6.5km or swim 10 - 15 laps(1km - 1.5km). After these cardiac exercise, I would also do some abs crunch, push ups and squatting. Squatting is really a killer move... I squatted up and down 50 times 3 days ago, and my legs still hurts NOW. It really hurts a lot. My muscular friend George advised me, 20 times would be more than enough. I will surely stick to his advise... to prevent myself from feeling the pain another 3 days. No joke man, it's really PAINFUL~! I wonder how did I make it 100 times when I was punished during primary school...

My food intake, would be just a cup of soya milk + bean curd or apple + yogurt or biscuits + fruit juice. The diet is to reduce carbohydrate and oil intake. This is only for dinner though. Coz afternoon I will be going out lunch with my colleagues so I will only take less rice for lunch.

The diet part wasn't that hard actually. Coz every time after exercising, I dun feel hungry at all. Dunno why, but yeah, I dun feel like eating after that. My appetite also decrease dramatically actually.



But it sure took a long time to lose the stubborn fats. For all the effort I put in 2 months, I lost around 8kg. 8kg is around a full pail of wet laundry taken straight out from the washing machine. My weight gone down damn fast in the first week. Like sudden lost of 3kg in 7 days. After that, it gets harder and harder like nothing I do helps. (Maybe also due to a few occasion at Brewerkz, Carl's Junior, Holland Village, Ajisen Ramen, McDonald, Pizza Hut, Long Beach, Newton Circle & KFC... LOL). Still another 5kg from my target weight.

But then, although I lost this much weight, my tummy is still there. Well, still 5kg away from my target weight. It reduced... but still THERE~! I certainly hope that my tummy would be gone after losing this 5kg. PLEASE BEGONE~! I DUN WAN TO SEE U ANYMORE~!!

Pak Lah Lied In Front Of Our Face Again

Now this is wat he said AFTER the election. And yet he was criticizing that Anwar is a chameleon. He is no different at all. Saying different things at different times. Its not even 1 week apart.

Still many things he don't know.... Still ignorant as ever... This is why BN lost so many seats during the election, HE IS NOT LISTENING TO THE RAKYAT. Please LEARN Pak Lah.... please..... Listening to the sweet words from your ministers are poison... they are poisoning your mind Pak Lah.... We need a leader that listen to what the RAKYAT has to say. At LEAST LISTEN.

Next 5 years will be an uphill task for the PM and also the opposition. Both have to perform so good that it will decide which coalition will stay... and which one will leave....

To all leaders out there... please learn to listen. Not only during election campaign... but all the time. Please remember thats the reason why you are elected.

Final Results of Malaysian 12th General Election

Somehow, there were few seats where the voting date was set at 9th of March. So we finally get the complete results of the Malaysian 12th General Election.


During year 2004, the Barisan National (BN) has won 90.4% of the Parliament seats. With 3 years of bad performance and bad decisions made by BN, we see the drop of 27.33% to 63.06% of Parliament seats won by Barisan National. Still the Prime Minister is figuring out if the citizens are sending a message to the government..... the message is not clear enough heh?


In the past, citizens will elect the government for state seats even though they support the opposition in Parliament seats. This is due to concern that government will only develop states that are won by BN. However, in this term's election, BN also see a deep decline of support from the citizens losing 5 states in total. The states are Kedah, Penang, Perak, Selangor and Kelantan. Its ironic that these 5 states are sticked together sharing borders.

HOW THE HELL I BECAME SO FAT!!! To be honest... this is not the ugliest photo I can find in my archive... I am too embarrass to show the uglier once.... this is as bad as u can get for now.... ToT.... seriously... how to pick on chicks like that?? I dun think I would even qualify for DPA (Dodo Protection Agency for those who know and those who dunno also nvm) .... hehe

Now I am 80kg.... its 13kg heavier than last year.... okay... now its not the time to blame on wat did I do to make myself so fat.... I need to be motivated and determined to slim down!!

I have to set myself a target!! Make myself at least 75kg b4 next thursday on the 29th of November 2007!! It's a achievable target!! I must do it!! Must show the world that I am not a fat ass!! ToT....

Okay, time to go home and exercise!! Jogging and swimming and take in less carb is still the surest way to slim down.

Must try my best!! Do all I can to make myself to be like this once again!!

Zainuddin Maidin who?

I bet 90% of Malaysian would not know who the hell is Zainuddin Maidin... not until last weekend... When many of us in Malaysia also may or may not know about the incident BERSIH rally happened in Kuala Lumpur last weekend.
Let me give an intro about this dude. First of all, he is our Information Minister, yes the Malaysian Information Minister. He is the Menteri Parliment(MP) of Merbok, Kedah. Why would I want to blog about this dude u might ask? See the following video and you'll know...



If you dun understand what the hell he is saying... dun worry, I dun understand either. I am not sure if he is speaking english, manglish, singlish... etc... to actually know wat he is talking about in words, please head to kennysia.com for more details. Boys and gals, ladies and gentlemen... This is the sort of Information Minister we have in Malaysia. With this Al-Jazzera news broadcasting all over the world, first of all, Malaysia will be well known! Well known for people with such high post like Information Minister unable to speak good english. Not only he doesn't speak well, we openly criticize the Al Jazeera with no wat so ever logical reason.

I better leave it to urself to judge on this matter, and also how did it reflect the political situation in Malaysia.

My oppinion on this matter... we should at least have a Information Minister who can communicate in English. Not someone who pronounced "election" as ERECTION~! (Not to mention he only has 1 erection every 5 years.... never fail...)

Smoke Screen or Brainless

The Malaysian police seeked help from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to assist in Nurin's kidnap and murder case. The FBI has agreed to assist in enhancing the clarity of the original image recovered from the CCTV. It was reported in The Star "FBI to help in Nurin murder probe" with The IGP quoted
"One of our officers left last night for the United States with the web-camera recording and we hope they can help produce a clearer image so that we can pick up the person for questioning. "

I was amazed for a while, thinking the police finally has the brain to get assistance from outsider and this might really help solving the case.

But after 5 seconds of amazement, I felt something amiss here....

Hey... why the heck should we send someone to bring the recording over? Isn't there something called.... INTERNET??!! If the video is in digital form, which clearly is coz there isn't anyone who is stupid enough to invest in analogue video, the police can actually send the video through internet! Why waste the time flying over?

1. Waste time, thats actually wat Malaysians like to do actually. With all the mat rempits hanging around seeking death aimlessly. Police seeking for kopi duit especially ramadan month. This little time would not hurt.

2. Waste money. Heck! We already spend few hundred dolars in RM40 screwdrivers and spending WHOLE LOTS of MONEY sending some dude up to space to make teh tarik. Spending this doesn't seem to hurt either.

And Hey!! Isn't there something called FEDEX? or DHL?
I am guessing our police officers do not have the address for FBI.

Well, the police always say they have their way to handle investigation, this might be a smokescreen too. Maybe the police is just trying to catch the murderer of guard? Coz the murderer might think "Police bringing the video to US ar? Maybe 1 day or 2 also not enough lar, no need to worry."

I certainly hope that this is a smokescreen instead of a brainless action which leads to arresting this few person.

I also hope the IGP stop the stupidity act on investigating Nurin's parents for negligence.

爱得太迟

This song has been running through by head in replay mode recently. So I went to download it and play it in my PC in repeat mode either. Yea, it is repeat mode.
Although its not a new song, but I would like to put it up in this post anyway.

I find this song relating to my life now in someways. The main character in the MV is so devoted in his working life that he has neglected his lover. In the end, they both seperated.

Although I am still single with no commitment, work has taken up most of my time. Even weekends. Yeah, including sunday and public holidays. I am wondering myself, when will I have time to socialize with other's? Besides chatting online on msn or socialize with co-league, I think I never hang out with friends for almost 5 months already. Wow, 5 months... thats as far as I can remember. Yes, almost 5 months ago I was hanging out with all those who are working in Spore came back from UK. That steamboat dinner still scares me till now. Hehe. Coz I had diarrhea for 3 straight weeks after that dinner for those who dunno. I lost weight in this occasion too.
But that was 5 months ago. I have put on more weight than I used to have already. Teruk ~.~"

Yesterday I went home about 9pm. I saw lots of cockroaches again at the basement of my HDB flat. So I took some photos this time to show you guys that Spore is not a so ideal as we thought b4. Dun get me wrong, Spore is REALLY REALLY clean in the city centre area, but the place I live at, is far from clean.

In fact, there are cockroaches running about like nobody's business at the basement of my block.
Occasionally, there will be 1 cockroach that will fly into my room from outside ready to be killed by me like the one in the photo above. Yes, I killed this f**king cockroach since I have to wait 1 minute for the elevator.
Just b4 the elevator's door opened, another cockroach flew over my head and landed on the wall. I decided to spare this scum's life as it is already 9pm and I just got back from work very tired. I took a photo of this only species that survived the nuclear bomb landed on Hiroshima and Nagasaki anyway.

Well, there is another rubbish appear in the elevator. Damn, you wouldn't believe me if I say I am at Spore now.

This shows that how BORING is my life now anyways. Writing all about the boring stuff like I am a cockroach mass killing maniac. :)
